About John Svenson
BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION :I am dividing my time between painting and writing. Check out my recently finished memoir, "A CRITIQUE so to SPEAK." you'll find it to be a humorous trip through the 30's and 40's. It's available from Amazon.com. A native of Oakland, California, an alumnus of San Francisco State University, I have been painting for longer than I care to remember. In the past I have given more time to watercolor, but spent several years creating serigraphs and teaching screen printing and watercolor. My work was sold by several galleries on the Pacific Coast and has been seen in juried and invitational shows throughout the U.S. My current emphasis is just to paint and write what interests me and enjoy the creative process. ...
