This old barn stood for years in a spot, formerly a farm, now located in the heart of the city of Fremont, California. I photographed the old building years ago, found the photo while digging around some old reference photos, and painted this dawn scene.

A native of Oakland, California, an alumnus of San Francisco State University, I have been painting for longer than I care to remember.
