At an air show in Half Moon Bay, California I was inspired to paint this aircraft. As I worked through the painting from a photo it seemed to me that the watercolor needed something special--at least a background with interest. A night scene was the result.

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION :I am dividing my time between painting and writing. A native of Oakland, California, an alumnus of San Francisco State University, I have been painting for longer than I care to remember. In the past I have given more time to watercolor, but spent several years creating serigraphs and teaching screen printing and watercolor.
