Painted on site in the Carmel Valley, California. The fields had just about surrendered the last of their blooms. For some reason the display in the fields on that overcast day impressed me more than the times I have seen flower fields so abundant with color that I had no idea where to look first.
BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION :I am dividing my time between painting and writing.
